I’ve always been drawn to something bigger—something beyond the conventional path we’re told to follow. But for years, I found myself stuck, chasing external markers of success while feeling completely disconnected from my own truth.

I studied Psychology and Human Nutrition at Saint Francis Xavier University, believing I’d find the answers in understanding the mind and body. But my soul was searching for something deeper. So, I followed the call—leaving behind the familiar to explore the world.

I spent five years working with international agencies and nonprofits—immersed in advocacy, mental health, and humanitarian work. I witnessed people from all walks of life facing the same struggle: the yearning for freedom, alignment, and a life that actually felt like theirs. No matter where I was in the world, the same pattern emerged—people were waking up to the truth that they weren’t meant to just exist. They were meant to live.

During my travels, I was introduced to Reiki and energy work. It cracked something open in me. I received my second Usui Reiki attunement in Australia in 2019, and by 2020, I earned my Reiki Master Teacher certification in New Zealand. It became clear—healing isn’t just about the mind or the body. It’s about the whole self.

By 2022, I had stepped fully into my purpose—combining transformational coaching, career consulting, energy work, and intuitive guidance to help others find their path, just as I had found mine. I’ve since worked with countless souls who are ready to break free from fear, self-sabotage, and old conditioning to build lives of deep alignment and fulfillment.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck. To know you’re meant for more but not be sure how to get there. That’s why I do this work—to help you come home to yourself and create a life that is truly yours.
