My Mission

To guide leaders and visionaries into wholeness and soul-alignment; to know, love and trust themselves so they can serve the world from their authentic personal power and truest expression of self.

My Background

In 2016, I graduated from Saint Francis Xavier University in Canada with a Bachelor’s Degree with background in Psychology and Human Nutrition. In 2019, I received my 2nd Usui Reiki Attunement in Gold Coast, Australia with Reiki Master Jacqueline Travis. Further into the year 2020 I took the highest level of Reiki with Food For The Soul in Wellington, New Zealand and received my Reiki Master Teacher certification.

I spent 5 years working around the world for international agencies, and not for profit organizations…What I realized was the massive amount of people emerging with the same problem and want—to live a soul led life, a big life, an expanded life, a free life, a full life.

I knew I had to support these people at this time, at this massive level in time.

In 2022 I began a new journey in counselling, coaching, consulting and teaching in the mental health and employment industry.

I am a certified counsellor, coach, consultant, and Reiki Master Teacher. I am a on a mission to help those who are open to learn to heal and help themselves live a better, healthier and balanced soul led lifestyle.
